This is a practical cookbook dedicated to fruit desserts and ice creams. It is intended for households and contains recipes for: fruit desserts (cakes, creams, tarts, compotes, fruit salads and similar desserts with fruit), homemade ice creams.
The book is a typical example of smaller, specialized cookbooks from the Yugoslav period that focused on a single topic (in this case, fruit and ice cream) and offered practical, home-made recipes.
