In this book, Mandić, known for his sharp and provocative criticism, addresses topics from musical culture, criticizes the institutionalized, guild-closed and unproductive domestic music scene, and takes issue with established values ​​and authorities. His texts on P. I. Tchaikovsky, whom he labeled the creator of “the most kitsch opus in the history of music,” have particularly resonated.
