Kanonske vizitacije knjiga II. - Baranja 1829.-1845.

Stjepan Sršan

The canonical visitations of Baranja in 1829 were well systematized, more detailed and extensive, and the procedures for supervising parishes and describing the situation were well established.

In that year, there were 11 parishes in today's area of Croatian Baranja, namely: Batina, Berement (with Croatian branches Baranjsko Petrovo selo, Bolman and Torjanci), Bilje (with branches Podravlje, Kopačevo Vardarac and Lug), Branjin Vrh (with branches Beli Manastir and Hali), Čeminac (with branches Jagodnjak, Grabovac, Karanac and Kozarac), Darda (with branches Tvrđavica), Draž (with branches Gajić), Luč (with branches Petlovac, Šumarine, Lipovica), Popovac (with branches Branjina, Podolje, Kneževo and Busiklica), Topolje (with Duboševica branch) and Zmajevac parish (with Kneževi Vinogradi, Suza, Kamenac, Kotlina and Kalandoš branches).
