Cooking is so important that every person, both men and women, should have a good practical knowledge of choosing basic daily meals. Cooking training should begin in the parent's home as soon as the child is old enough to speak and should continue throughout life. Proper cooking is essential to every aspect of our lives and our future, but few schools, primary, secondary or higher, have the basics of cooking in their curriculum.
