Među svjetlom i tminom

Josip Kozarac

"Between Light and Darkness" is a short story by Josip Kozarac in which the author depicts a person's inner struggle between moral values (light) and weakness, temptation, and wrong decisions (darkness).

The plot focuses on the main character who is in a dilemma in life. On the one hand, he is attracted by honesty, work and a righteous life, and on the other, he is tempted by selfish interests, material gain and the easy way out. Through a series of events and inner reflections, the character gradually realizes the consequences of his choices. Through a psychological portrayal, Kozarac shows how a person often oscillates between good and evil and how the environment and his own weaknesses influence his decisions. The work emphasizes the importance of moral strength and responsibility.
