Brain Gym i ja: Povratak užitku učenja

Paul E. Dennison

Brain gymnastics is a series of simple movements and exercises used in working with students to encourage a whole-brain learning experience. With an editorial by Carla Hannaford.

The Brain Gym program was developed by Paul Dennison. This is his story about the development of that fundamental program of educational kinesiology from its beginnings in the sixties of the last century to the present day. The book describes only a part of the extensive learning system with examples of about twenty exercises.

These exercises and activities facilitate all kinds of learning and are especially effective in the field of school skills because they solve the so-called blocks in learning which are nothing more than the inability to cope with the stress and uncertainty of new tasks. The book is intended for parents, educators and others who work with children and adults in order to fully awaken their learning potential.
