Bosna sjete i zaborava

Bosna sjete i zaborava

Enes Karić

Essays about the land of inexhaustible inspirations.

The essays and discussions collected in the book "Bosnia, Remembrance and Forgetfulness" include texts written in the period from 1988 to 1996, so that both in terms of the diversity of topics that "bear the stamp of the numerous changes of this time", and in the chronological order in which they are presented, they provide a mosaic portrait of the author himself - in a wide range from universal metaphysical questions in the face of the wonders of creation, mystical "flares", inspired by the springs of Rumi's poetry and Ghazali's sophistry, to the consideration of significant ministerial problems such as the lack of chalk, sponges, compasses, notebooks and triangles in... schools, as well as the inability of female teachers in Olovka to come to classes due to the lack of new shoes.
