Escapology

Escapology

Robbie Williams

Robbie Williams' fifth studio album from 2002. The CD brings a more mature pop-rock sound, rich production and cult hits such as "Feel", "Come Undone" and "Monsoon".

Released in November 2002 under Chrysalis Records, the album Escapology represents Robbie Williams' fifth studio project and one of the key releases in his career. Created at the height of his global popularity, this album brings a more mature, ambitious and rock-inclined approach than his previous releases, exploring themes of fame, isolation, love shipwrecks and the search for inner peace.

The album is full of extremely strong compositions that have ravaged the world charts. The central trump card of the release is undoubtedly the timeless ballad "Feel", which became one of his biggest career hits. Along with it, the provocative "Come Undone", the energetic pop-rock numbers "Monsoon" and "Sexed Up", and the atmospheric "Something Beautiful" stand out. The superb production, imbued with sumptuous arrangements and solid guitar parts, is signed by his longtime co-author and producer Guy Chambers.

Having topped the charts across Europe and achieved multi-million-dollar sales, Escapology is remembered as one of the most complete and successful pop-rock releases of the early 2000s, and an essential part of every serious music collection.
