Journalist and publicist Ante Duić, in his free time, visited Slavonian villages and wrote down what he considered important to record and preserve from oblivion.
The book is a detailed monograph about the small settlement of Suha Mlaka, in the municipality of Crnac in Virovitica-Podravina County, in the heart of Slavonia.
The purpose of this monograph is to show what Slavonia is really like in all its segments. It is the desire of the two authors to convey their love and sincere admiration for their immediate homeland to others.
