Marcel Proust: Odabrana djela 1-13

The novel In search of lost time is a novel about time, the theme of which is metaphorical, because the entire work is an allegory of life that is searching for its justification, it is a picture of the path that a spoiled boy took to become an artist.

The cycle of novels In search of lost time is the life work of Marcel Proust, the complete translation of which appeared in Croatia in 1965, published by the company "Zora". "Proust's work is a summary of psychological novels of the 19th century and the highest reach of symbolist ambitions - at the same time it inherits French classicism, Balzac, Stendhal, Flaubert and Dostoyevsky. It strongly influenced the overall modern novel, including Gide, Huxley, Durrell, as well as contemporary a new novel in France."
