Point Counter Point (1928) is Huxley's longest and most complex novel, inspired by musical counterpoint, where the story develops through interwoven plots and parallel plots, switching abruptly between characters and themes.
The novel itself is conceptually carried by a lucid comparison of Dalmatia and the Wild West: on a thematic level, cowboys are the mythical place of the childhood of the main character and her brother.
