"The Childhood of Jesus: The Gospel of James" (originally Die Jugend Jesu), one of the most famous works of the Styrian mystic and "God's scribe" Jakob Lorber, presents a comprehensive and detailed account of the hidden years of Jesus' life. Written in an accessible, yet sublime and mystical style, the book offers profound spiritual lessons about God's love, humility, and the nature of creation. "The Childhood of Jesus" is an extremely interesting read for lovers of Christian mysticism and apocryphal literature, providing a unique, intimate look at the Savior's upbringing.
