"Umorstva u Ulici Morgue" je kratka horor priča Edgara Allana Poea napisana 1841. U djelu se spominje birljantni Auguste Dupin i smatra se jednom od prvih kriminalističkih priča.

Priča je smještena u Parizu, a pripovjedač, anonimni Amerikanac, opisuje svoje prijateljstvo s C. Augusteom Dupinom, ekscentričnim i briljantnim analitičarem. Nakon što pročitaju vijesti o brutalnom dvostrukom umorstvu u ulici Morg – gospođe L’Espanaye i njezine kćeri, pronađenih mrtvih u zaključanoj sobi pod bizarnim okolnostima – Dupin odlučuje riješiti slučaj. Žrtve su ubijene s krajnjom brutalnošću: jedna je gotovo обезglavljena, a druga ugušena i ugurana u dimnjak. Policija je zbunjena, jer nema očitih motiva, a svjedoci spominju neobičan, nerazumljiv glas.
