Despite the increasing openness towards different sexual behaviors and lifestyles, attitudes towards sexuality are still burdened with prejudice, narrow-mindedness and ignorance, which frustrates a reasonable attitude towards sexuality and contributes to the spread of harmful misconceptions about it.
