Sexuality has traditionally been, and in some aspects still is, a taboo topic.
Despite the increasing openness towards different sexual behaviors and lifestyles, attitudes towards sexuality are still burdened with prejudice, narrow-mindedness and ignorance, which frustrates a reasonable attitude towards sexuality and contributes to the spread of harmful misconceptions about it. The book "Sexual Attitudes" guides readers through the history of numerous misconceptions and assumptions about sexuality and shows how different topics related to sexuality are approached today.
