This practical book contains recipes for cakes and various dishes.

Baklava: Ingredients:

  • 500 g of baklava crust
  • 500 g of ground walnuts
  • 250 g of butter
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 500 ml of water Preparation:
  • Melt the butter.
  • Arrange the crusts in a tray, coat each one with butter and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
  • Repeat until you use up all the skins.
  • Bake the baklava in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
  • Boil sugar and water to make syrup.
  • Pour the hot syrup over the baklava.
