Baklava: Ingredients:
- 500 g of baklava crust
- 500 g of ground walnuts
- 250 g of butter
- 500 g of sugar
- 500 ml of water Preparation:
- Melt the butter.
- Arrange the crusts in a tray, coat each one with butter and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
- Repeat until you use up all the skins.
- Bake the baklava in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
- Boil sugar and water to make syrup.
- Pour the hot syrup over the baklava.
