Dolina lisice
In order to make money, a petty criminal tries his hand at kidnapping, and everything goes absolutely wrong.
When Ryan Lee kidnaps Professor Vanessa Willard from the parking lot and locks her in a crate hidden in a cave that no one but him knows about, with enough water and food to last a week, he hopes to extort a quick ransom. But before he can claim it from the husband of his unfortunate victim, the police arrest him for a completely different, unrelated crime. And he decides to leave Vanessa to her fate...
Two years later, Lee is released from prison. Vanessa was never found, and he wants more than anything to start a new, better life. But then insanely dangerous things start happening in his environment, his close ones. Someone is clearly on his heels. Someone who knows what he did two years ago.
