The book is a collection of poems and prose writings that reflect on the events, feelings, and spiritual turmoil during the year 2020, marked by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through the prism of Christmas and the Christian spirit, the author reflects on isolation, human vulnerability, but also the hope that comes from faith and family values. The work combines autobiographical elements, memories of past Christmases, and meditations on the contemporary world in crisis. The author portrays Christmas 2020 as quieter, more modest, but more spiritually intense, where external splendor is replaced by internal questioning and a return to the basics – love, unity, and faith.
