"Soybeans on Your Table" by Ignac Kulier is a book dedicated to the nutritional and health value of soy and its application in everyday nutrition.
The book is written simply and educationally, intended for a wide audience — housewives, lovers of healthy food and anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition based on plant proteins. At the time it was published, it was part of the growing interest in healthy eating and alternative protein sources in Yugoslavia in the 1980s.
