Treći dio romana rekonstrukcija je navedenog rukopisa iz 1988. godine, što objedinjuje cjelokupnu ideju otkrivanja značenja Apokalipse i svih tajni proizašlih iz tog starog intrigantnog rukopisa najmlađeg Isusovog učenika, Svetog Ivana Zebedejeva. Iako je naslov ovog romana Tajna Apokalipse, ova vas priča vodi do otkrivanja najmanje tri tajne koje, u trenutku objavljivanja romana, još uvijek spadaju među najveće neodgovorene tajne simbolizma.
