Diseases can be switched on and off with food. Read about it in the excellent book by Alen Dodić.

Diseases can be switched on and off with food.

I explained this in understandable language (without Latin expressions) on 300 pages in the book "Heal Yourself" which can fundamentally change your life.

We are witnessing that the healthcare system all over the world has lost control of itself and has become unsustainable. If food were taken more seriously - it would not be necessary to treat more than 90% of diseases. This is an amazing fact.

It is sad how we blindly accept imposed authorities. The fact is that doctors and their pills do not cure diseases - they only cover up the messages that the body sends us and delay death a little.

To understand why we are sick, we must first learn how our body works.

It is known that everyone mentions that proteins are essential in the diet, but when we ask someone to explain what proteins are, we hardly get an answer from anyone. This is a consequence of superficial education, which imposes everything on us as important, except for the impact of food on the body - which, by all accounts, should be most important to everyone.

The book "Heal Yourself" is based on natural logic, facts and studies of scientists and doctors who refused to treat according to the instructions of imposed medicine.

If you have a question related to a disease, I will be happy to answer you based on my studies on nutrition (nutritionism).

It is necessary to understand that if we want to be healthy and heal the body, we must first of all accept that the imposed knowledge about nutrition is wrong. We live in times when disease is sold, we can buy it in a package if we accept the wrong instructions about diet and treatment.

Separated parts (various vitamins) from food in the form of tablets were not sold to us because someone cares about our health - but so that someone can make money from us. If we are healthy - they have no use for us. We must understand that there is no miracle herb that cures all diseases, nor is there a magic pill. Diseases should be approached from the cause - it is wrong to persistently treat the consequence. Therefore, if you are inclined to treat diseases individually, and not to heal the body - the book "Heal Yourself" is not for you.
