The fifth, amended and supplemented edition of the Law on Criminal Procedure and other sources of Croatian criminal procedural law was prepared according to the same method: after the traditional introduction to the subject of Croatian criminal procedure, the editorially refined text of the Law on Criminal Procedure of October 3, 1997 with its subsequent amendments follows. , accompanied by introductory notes to each chapter of the Law, explanations to individual provisions and attached decisions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia and other courts of instance in criminal proceedings, that is, in some places also by the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia.
