This book was created out of the desire to convey my own experiences and knowledge, to help everyone who wants to accept that help. I don't recommend body gymnastics only for maintaining a slim body, but I recommend facial gymnastics for maintaining a fresh and youthful appearance. Not only I was convinced of its effectiveness, but also my clients who accepted my method and use it to preserve their beauty and youth. Very often I had to prove that I had not undergone a surgical face lift. With regular facial care and gymnastics, I was able to slow down time and prevent aging. That is the only secret of my appearance, and with this book it ceases to be, I want to share it with you.

It should be emphasized that you don't need to do 1-2 times a week all the exercises that are listed and last a total of 1 hour, but it is enough to choose 2 to 3 exercises for the eyes, 2 to 3 exercises for the cheeks and so on... and then the training lasts about 15 minute. It is desirable to change the exercises over time and in this way we cover all the muscles on the face!
