Dionizijanje

Dionizijanje

Duško Maričić

The work moves in genre between prose poetry, existential meditation, and literary criticism, with a pronounced influence of the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche – especially his ideas of the Dionysian principle.

Dionysianism is a manifesto of personal and creative freedom, a work that does not offer answers, but challenges - it invites the reader to confront his own limits, impulses and aspirations for an authentic life. In the context of Croatian literature in the early 1980s, the book stands out as an example of avant-garde, philosophically colored prose that does not agree to compromises with the taste of the times.
