Da der Autor dieses Buches den Mangel an Fachliteratur zur internationalen Gastronomie in unserem Land bemerkte, beschloss er, dieses Buch „World Chef“ zu erstellen, das Rezepte aus aller Welt enthält.

Und obwohl die Zutaten, die überall auf der Welt verwendet werden, nahezu identisch sind, unterscheidet sich die Art der Zubereitung der Gerichte und damit auch ihr Geschmack. Im Kochbuch finden Leser neben Rezepten auch eine Reihe praktischer Anleitungen zum Brennwert bestimmter Lebensmittel, zur Zubereitung von Winterspeisen, zu den verschiedenen Fleischzubereitungen, zur Zubereitung von Fruchtlikören und zu verschiedenen Cocktails und andere moderne Mixgetränke.
