Jesen, zima

Jesen, zima

Veljko Barbieri

Part of Veljko's cult cookbook, with a selection of recipes from all over the world that will delight gastro-adventurers.

Each of the recipes offered by Veljko Barbieri has its own story. Each dish he prepares has its own story. Finally, each of the ingredients he uses has its own story. Veljko Barbieri collected and introduced all of these stories slowly, with a lot of love, passion and patience. With equal passion, Barbieri dealt with anecdotes related to ingredients, stories about the people who discovered them, the history of their preparation, as well as the different ways of preparing numerous delicacies. The period he deals with is also worthy of respect - from antiquity to the present day. Therefore, it is not at all surprising that the cookbooks he has signed so far are real gastronomic encyclopedias.
