The book is specially adapted to the fruits of autumn in order to make the best possible use of the nutrients of all kinds of fruits and vegetables that ripen at this time of the year, and neither meat nor fish has been forgotten.
This cookbook is based on the tradition of local cuisine and the experiences of its authors: teacher Božica Mirić and caterer Draga Vukušić, owner of one of the most respected restaurants in Zagreb - and of course, the family meals of both authors.
