Their peace is disrupted by the arrival of a lost hunter who shows signs of a strange illness and talks about lights in the sky. It is soon discovered that he is infected with an alien parasite that threatens humanity.
To stop the threat from spreading, the friends must confront their own traumas and rely on their telepathic connections. The key to their fight lies in Duddits and the mysterious dreamcatcher he has given them as a gift.
